22:00 sunday 19th august 2018 12:00 - 22:00 please remember that last entry will be 18:00. general info: when arriving and leaving the site, please be quiet and respectful. it’s a weekend and westfield shopping centre will be full of families enjoying a day out! please put litter in the bins provided and use the portable toilets and urinals provided by the station and along the route to site. please follow the event signage to the site and do not detour. this route has been marked out for your safety and is the quickest route to the site. site address: london way, queen elizabeth olympic park, stratford, e15 2ee. view on google maps please see the sleep & travel page for more information on getting here and where to stay. payments on site: we will be operating a tokens system on site. these can be bought at the tokens point with either cash or card. please note tokens can only be used for drinks at the bars and will not be accepted by food traders, the merchandise stand, retail traders or the lockers. instead, you will be able to use cash and/or card for these. tokens cannot be refunded during or after the event and will not be able to be used at any other elrow event. please make sure to look after your tokens as we cannot take responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen tokens. there will be plenty of cash machines on site to use. maps & set times: booklets containing maps, set times and other relevant information will be given out for free upon arrival. filming & photography this event is being filmed, live streamed and pictures will be taken. please smile! facilities on site: medical & welfare if at any point during the event you feel that you or anybody else needs medical assistance, please make your way to welfare to seek help. our qualified medical team are there to help you, whether you or any of your friends feel unwell, or even if you just need to escape the crowd and rest. to find the welfare area, check out the event map, look out for signage or ask any member of staff. lockers lockers are provided by the big green locker co. dimensions are 250mm high x 300mm wide x 400mm deep, and are operated using built in combination locks which you set when you arrive which gives maximum security! lockers will be available throughout the duration of the event and are very popular so booking is always recommended. there is also a phone charging service at the locker stand, so head down if you are running low on battery! click below to book lockers: saturday sunday phone charging there will be phone charging facilities in the lockers area. cigarettes as it is against olympic legacy to sell cigarettes or any other tobacco production in the queen elizabeth olympic park, there are no cigarette kiosks on site. as there is no re-entry please make sure you bring everything you need before entering the event. lost property if you find or lose anything, head down to the welfare area where all lost property is being taken to and logged in. after the event, if you realise you have misplaced something then please get in touch with us at [email protected]. lost property is stored for 30 days after the event. mobile phones as you are aware, phone thieves and pickpockets target large events. please be really careful with your bags and phones and follow the advice below: do not put your phone in your back pocket. do not put your phone in your bag unless you know it is safe from pickpockets. remember that thieves are adept at opening zips and clasps. do not hand your phone to a stranger to take a photo of you and your friends. people will be searched on random as they exit should we receive any reports of mobile phone theft and a corresponding description of a potential thief. it your mobile phone does happen to be stolen, the only way we can try and help you is if you can give us a description of the thief and the location of the theft in as much detail as possible. please report any theft to welfare. cash machines there are cash machines on site - check out the event map to find their locations. ticketing & entry: id & ticket scanning all tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. printing your ticket will speed up entry, but it is not compulsory -
